H2O-Jericho tpk Smithtown just west of main st area
The grill Room-in Hauppague Industrial Park on Adams-cool city style place, excellent food try the tuna carpaccio pizza-not on the reg menu but they will make it for you
Second Tellers-not really a vegan rest though and very expensive
Butterfields is good and reasonable on Old Willets Path in Hauppague
Oscars in St James on 25A-beachy type place escellent food they change the menu often.

Milk & Sugar Cafe in Bay Shore!!!!!
Went today & the menu definately has vegi friendly & fish friendly things on it!!! SO YUMMY!!!

Its a great place for a birthday dinner w/ the man. Shamrock (from LIF/LIW) mentioned it a while back, and we tried it, and we loved it.
