RED WINE-cabernet or pinot noir
can someone recommend a really nice bottle??? I am putting together a basket and this will be in it.... not to $$$ but not too inexpensive either...

oooh! I just came back frmo the wine country and had the best bottle of pinot noir.
Clos Du Val 2004 Pinot Noir Made in Carnenos.

I prefer Pinot Noir lately...I recently had a Chilean Pinot Noir....let me see if I can't find the name.

I love Cabs..I like pinots but I recommend Beringer 2001 Cab. If you want to to go a little higher Sequoia Grove Cab 2002 or 2003 is my favorite.

Try a Benzinger Pinot Noir - very good and made in Sonoma COunty.

Rex Goliath Pinot Noir - about $14/bottle and it's a really nice wine
Also there is Dancing Bull Rancho Zabaco Zinfandel for about $10.

I DELISH bottle of cabernet is Simi, California red from Alexander Valley- about $20/bottle
