Remember getting in trouble.....
and your mom would call you by your first & middle name?
I was just thinking about this b/c when my dogs get in trouble I call them by their first and middle name (Dharma Margorate, Tinkerbell Madonna)
Anyway.. I was just thinking about this...
when you were little did your mom do this?
or was it just my mom?
if you have kids do YOU do it?
also, ever notice the middle name is always said more sternly?!!?

You know, my mom never did that. What she did was call me "Miss Prim" and I hated it!!!

Oh when I got the middle name it was big trouble!!!! Sometimes I do that to DH and even add in the confirmation name!

My mom never did it. But when I am upset about something that my son has done, I will say his first name and last......he doesn't like it. lol

No it was not just your mom!! Both my parents did it!! When I heard my middle name I knew I was in serious trouble!!! 
And yes I do it with my son now without even realizing what I am doing

When time comes to think of names for your kids, keep this in mind when picking amiddle name!! I want to pick one that would sound good yelling it

thast true. i DO usually call them by their nicknames/short versions.....
