How Do I tell my boss?
It probably sounds like I'm getting ahead of myself, but I am on the brink of a new job offer. I should know officially either way in the next day or two.
If the offer does come through, what do I say to my boss? How do I word my "two weeks notice" speech?
Update: I got the job and I told her! Whew!!! And YAY!!!!!!!!!

I have always said I was recruited by a headhunter, etc. That way it looks like they found you not that they were looking. I ewould offer to put it in writing and word it like. It is with regret that I submit my resignation effective X day. My last day of work will be X day. I have truly enjoyed working here and will miss it. Thank you for the opportuinity

I give my boss a letter of resignation like Melissa described and let the conversation flow from there.
