Triple PLay

I signed up for this when we moved into our apt.

Well its been a year- and we just got the letter...saying that its coming to an end, and our cable-comp-and phone are going up $27/month.

Everything is is my maiden name.....

Cant I call and cancel, and then my DH call and be a "new customer" and have everything in his name.... Saying he just moved in here... I know it dosent go by the address- because the people who lived here before us- had it...

I believe you can - plus you will get all new equipment

eta. check the website and see if they have new prices.. the monthly price might still be the same but the first few months under a new name might have some discounts.

Not sure but I can ask my sister tomorrow (works for Cablevision). Would you have to pay a start up charge?

The lady I spoke to on the phone said- If Im thinking of canceling due to the price... they can prob work something out.... but thats when Im ready to cancel...

So I guess my best bet is to.... call and cancel... if they dont offer me a good deal... cancel... and hope everything works out with DH...??

We got the triple play over a year ago and I just recently inquired about the rewards program...I was told come October I'm eligible and that takes $20 off...
