brushing their teeth
Sidney hates to have her teeth brushed (14 months old). She has 8 and has had them for months now. I worry because my family has horrible teeth problems. Plus I still nurse her right before bed so I also worry about what damage that may be causing.
Got any tips? TIA

Re: brushing their teeth
My son will be 14 months very soon and it was an absolute fight to the death to get a toothbrush in his mouth...mind you there is not a space in there that doesn't have a tooth or one growing. So I was at Walgreens in the toothbrush aisle and I saw a Sesame Street Oral B battery operated toothbrush...well that was the trick!!! $6.79 later...teeth are now brushed everyday and we have one happy Momma here

I have a vibrating one too....the first 2 days were great but now the novelty wore off and she's back to her old tricks.

Re: brushing their teeth
OK...I've found something that has helped us a little bit.
Sidney loves to play in the bathroom naked after her bath (mind you she pees a good 2x on the floor but that's another story).
Soooo...I've started brushing her teeth while she stands there naked. Strange but seems to be working
