just read that testaverde is back for the season?? well my bil friend, Anthony Testaverde will be happy to see his cousin back in NY.

The sad thing is.... I probably jinxed them. Since I figured I would start following a team this year... and picked the Jets... and bought tickets to the Pats game in December.... this shyt happens!
Well.... the only bright side to all of this is the fact that Chad hasn't had a "good game" yet this season. The Jets are a good all-around team... and I don't they will be much worse with Testeverde in there.
One expert actually said the new offense is a better fit for Vinny over Chad based on their favor of the vertical game.

He would have retired... nobody wanted him this year.
But players like this don't make any "official" announcements about retiring in hope that somebody will knock on his door thanks to the injury bug.

as long as he controls his 'interception-throwing- type of tendencies"  but even thats not as upsetting (to a point) as watching how sloppy its been these past few weeks. I AM anxious/excited to see what Bolinger's got though. Im not a huge fan of Testaverde's, but for a last minute situation like this- he is the best fit.

i picture that as being Ideal- a youngin' w/ potential, and a veteran to guide his potential. i don't really want to see Vinny on the field unless this kid's got Nothing. i think they need to stop settling for what they "know", and start realizing the otehr potential that may be out there (then again, if Bolinger ends up $ucking big time, then you can disregard everything i just said)
