Need advice on which computer to buy

I've narrowed it down to two pcs. I want something that will handle all my digital pics, download a crapload of music and handle my pc games. My choices are the HPm7260n or the Vaio RB54G. Any advice on either one?

I would beware of both pcs. Please dont purchase a VAIO or a HP PC. You will only regret it in the end. I would stick with DELL or E Machines. E Machines make an excellent computer now...They really have grown over the years

Can you recommend an emachine that is compatible with the HP and Sony? Im just looking for a media center that will be able to handle everything.

What are you into?? Video games and Movies, Music etc??

What will the PC be used for and how much you looking to spend?

I agree with Scott, (I'd go with a Dell) but if you are set on one of these two, the HP has a slightly better graphics card and also comes with the TV Tuner card which the Sony does not appear to have standard (I don't know if you were adding it).

I think for these prices you can get a equal or better Dell anyway. Sony tech support doesn't look too uh, supportive.

Nice emachine with DDR memory and an AMD Athalon processor - I only buy AMD Athalon....NO pentiums for me
