Is anyone still on South Beach?
I'm having a really hard time with it. I can loose up to 7 pounds in a week but put it back on in 2 days? How is that possible?

It is just too difficult- so is any diet for me right now though. As for the 7 pounds- doesn't sound right unless it is water weight . . . .

I did the south beach diet and lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks and put on I think 15 lbs after I stopped doing it. I liked it but hard to keep up with. I didnt have the time to cook.

I find the problem with South Beach is that you do gain all the weight and more that you lost back. I am just going to cut way back on carbs ( I do know they are bad for you) and try to eat healthy.

I just started back on phase 1 today. I lost about 15 pounds when I was on it (no exercise) and kept it off for about 6 or 7 months (with plenty of cheating). Then, after the wedding I didn't follow it at all and gained it all back and a few more pounds. The first 2 weeks are hard, but after that it's not too bad. This time, I'm going to exercise as well and hopefully I won't cheat as much.
