Re: Baby monitor?

I have the audio/video one from Safety First. I believe it was 80 dollars at BJ. It looks like the one in the picture but it doesn't have the extra monitor.audio/video monitor

Re: Baby monitor?

I have the one Stephanie showed in the picture with the monitor and I LOVE IT!

It has a form of night vision so you can see the baby clearly at night. You can set it up to tell you buy sound or buy light bars which is great for when we are out doing yardwork so we can see it go off rather then hear it. Also the monitor is real portable when we have BBQ's.. etc.. we just bring it outside with us so we can keep an eye on the baby.

I especially like it because if I'm worried if the baby is breathing or not in the middle of the night.. I can see his chest moving.. :)

Three of my cousins chipped in for it so I think it was around 150 bucks.

Re: Baby monitor?

DH and I just bought the summer video monitor that's portable... we tested it out and really like it. A lot of mommies told me that the video element helped ease their worries, and helped with getting a better night's sleep because if they heard a noise, instead of automatically jumping up to run to the baby, they would roll over in bed, look at the monitor, and see baby was fine and go back to sleep...

Re: Baby monitor?

I also registered for the sounds & lights monitor by fisher price. I was contemplating video but decided to just go with something simple.
