I just dont get (being a mom myself) how this would go on in your home and you would not hear a thing...first of all they said she was dragged down the stairs because of the fibers they found on her ok how do u not hear that ?also ...somebody breaks in your home murders your daughter and then takes the time to sit in your home and use your stationary and pen to write a note???? come on!!!

I'm going to go with the brother did it - parents covered up. I haven't followed the case at all - but that's the only theory I could come up with for a parent to cover up something.

Wow, REally? But he was only like 11 years old!
eta: I know they lied and said he slept through hte night, but in the 911 call you can hear him wake up and say "whast going on?" and they say "go back to bed"

Then there is the whole money issue.
Did you guys know that there was a footprint found in hte snow but noone mentioned it?
There was so much stuff that wasnt handled properly in that case it is ridiculous.
I personally dont think they did it, but i believe they are involved.
I do NOt think the brother did it though.
