My DH did the cutest thing last night!
We had finished eating and we were watching TV and Relaxing. First he messaged my ancles; they are starting to get a little puffy and swollen. Then he shut off the TV and said "Lets Talk" I looked at him like "Who are you and what did you do with my husband" I started laughing and just looked at him. It worked... we talked for about an hour. It was really cute. Then we went to bed! I was really nice to just connect like that. And it felt even better coming from him!

Ditto on this one. I'd be in absolute shock if my DH did this to me. Forget about getting him to rub my feet, let alone turn off the TV to just talk. That would never, ever happen.

That is very sweet -- DH wouldn't do that, but he will suggest we go for a drive or a walk, and we chat then... It's nice....I like peace and quiet.

That's so nice, DH will shut the TV and we'll listen to the radio together and talk, it's nice to have that once in a while.
