My client is selling his home in Massapequa on the water - $649k , 11k taxes

needs a little work and updating- but its nice on the canal and stuff and priced for quick sale
just wanted to give it some more "hits" on here

I saw that pic the other day and wanted to bring my aunt there. Unfortunately there is no basement so she can't go for it.

great house- too bad I just got a job in CT
so now we have to rethink were we are going to buy- I think the south shore is out of the question for now
but this was exactly what I was looking for!
it's a great price
