Queens and Nassau Condo and Co-op Owners - Question...

Can you please tell me

a) what town your condo/co-op is in
b) if it's a condo or co-op
c) the name of your building/development
d) whether or not they allow pets?

I would really appreciate it. We're trying to comprise a list of places so we know which ones to completely ignore and which are 'safe' for our dog (12lbs - I know some accept under 35lbs or whatever).

Bay Park Estates Condo in College Point allows cats and dogs, dogs must be walked off the property though (there is a huge park at the end of the block)

All condos are 2 bedroom/2 bath with a terrace, most have their own garages

here's one for sale

Re: Queens and Nassau Condo and Co-op Owners - Question...

Alley Pond Co-op in Oakland Gardens, Queens still allowed pets when I moved out 1 year ago. Their info is:

Alley Pond Owners Corporation
7809 Springfield Boulevard Suite A, Oakland Gardens, NY 11364
(718) 468-7770

Great place to live....next to the Cross Island and Northern State Parkways, practically in Alley Pond Park -- GREAT for the dog to run around in!!!!

Like DJpill said WP does not allow pets- but it is a great place to live!

I also own an apt. in Long Beach - its a condo in grenada towers that is pet friendly.
