New here...got a treat on Halloween!
Hi! My dh and I have been ttc for about two months and to my surprise we got a bfp on Halloween! Two days later I felt a tiny bit of dark brown spotting and I called my doctor. I went to see him and he told me a was presumably pregnant, he wants me to take it easy. He did not prescribe prenatal vitamins yet, he wants to see me in a week. To top if off I have a very bad head cold (I think its a sinus infection) and he told me I could take sudifed but I want to hold off becasue I am nervous. I took the day off today because I was sapposed to go on an all day outdoor field trip with my class (had to tell my principal way earlier than I wanted to!) I am sorry I am going on and on but I am a little nervous. My doctor took my blood and I am waiting for the results. I feel that my boobs are sore and a little cramping down there but thats it! I feel like I should feel more! So if anyone can offer me any advise or their opinion, I would really appreciate it.

cramping - positive sign
Just relax take care of your cold (sit in a warm humid bathroom to clear your sinuses)
Oh and BTW - CONGRATS!

Congratulations! Those are all great signs and don't worry (a LOT easier said than done). I have the same symptoms, minus the spotting and I am nervous because I feel TOO good! Good luck!
