Nope I just look...This occupies my time while I am bored out of my mind at work. We actually found a house on line in Medford that we like...but I doubt we can even afford it now.

me neither.
My grandparents lived in one back when they were new.  I used to not be a fan, but now I think they are kinda cute & retro, but that one looks weird outside. I think they tried to hard to change the basic style of it.

I like Levitt ranches but not Levitt capes. Danielle and I have seen a few that have been really nicely done, with cathedral ceilings, blown out walls....Hard wood floors, new kitchens, etensions etc....The possibilities are endless.
I agree that house is a disgusting color on the inside but that shouldnt deter you away from a house....It is in the better school of Levittow...Mac Arthur and Sulk as someone said before and the over all look of the house is really nice

I live in an Levitt cape that has been expanded and they are really nice. I don't think that they are big enough without an extension (at least for me). However, don't totally rule them out. I said I would only live in a ranch, but everyone on my block has completely expanded their capes, adding extensions and dormers. Their houses are huge.
