The Green Potato Chip
I am sooo disgusted when i come across this....
How exactly does this happen? And do you stop eating the potato chips from that bag or just discard the green one?

I think the green has to do with the ripeness of the potato.. does that make sense??

I toss it out... DH has to get his money's worth, and eats it up to the green part .
Which is another Q... why do chip bags come half empty??? I hate when there's more air than chips in the bags!

They out all the air so it cushions the ships so they don't break. i think the green ones are underripe potatos. I don't think it's necessary t throw away the whole bag. It's not mmold or anything...unless it's fuzzy
