pliko p3 help

i wanted to take DD out today for a stroll. while i was about to place her in the stroller, i just notice how long the straps are. i also realize i lost the manual.. so, how am i supposed to strap her down? i'm assuming i'm supposed to create a 5-point harnass.. which i did and tested with a stuffed animal (she did not like me experimenting on her). the straps are supposed to hug the body from the back, yes? i saw the loop thingie in the back, i'm supposed to loop the plastic thingie in there? won't that plastic thing press against the baby's back and cause discomfort tho? am i doing this all wrong?

That is actually my biggest complaint about that stroller. Sometimes I actually put either a burp cloth or folded up receiving blanket on the clip part because DS's lower head/neck sits on it. Here is a picture I have of him all strapped in. The straps still seem a loose in my opinion and he is 4 months old now. This pic was taken when he was he 2 months old.

I have a Venezia, the clip is not meant to stay in the back of the seat while the child is in it.

It more to clip if there so you can get the arm straps on easier then you can unclip it so your child can move freely.

So you could either slide it up or down where ever it would be more comfortable.
I never tried but you might be able to remove it altogether.

That's what I thought too. I don't leave it clipped to the seat when he's in there. I've never had a problem.
