TMI! poop and diapers

A couple of weeks ago ds started pooping and it would seep through the legs and sometimes up the back so we went up a size in diaper. It stopped for a week I think now this past week Ithis has happened 3-4 times. POOP everywhere all the way to his toes!

Does this happen to anyone else or do I just have an passionate pooper

He is 18 lbs and in size 4 diapers (pampers baby dry)

THe wierd thing is sometimes his poop looks like hershey kisses and other days we have the EXPLOSION!!!!!!

Have you tried a different brand. Not every diaper is for every baby KWIM? My daughter does best in Pampers cruisers but she didn't do well at all with Huggies Supreme, but my friends son does better in Supreme. I would try another brand and see if that helps.

I just went through this a few weeks ago myself, not only with the poop, but pee too. I tried 3 different diaper and went up a size too. Finally, for the past few days we have been in the clear. My DS is gonna be 5 months, is 18 lbs and in size 4 diapers. We are now using Pampers Cruisers. They seem to fit him well and are stretchy. I tried the "baby dry", but didnt care for them. Not much give and they weren't all that soft. So maybe try a different brand of pampers or other brands too, like Huggies or Luvs. Good luck!
