Ok who wants to give me some home remidies of what you ladies do to help with AF cramps??? I can use some new ideas

I don't have anything terribly creative. I usually make a quick make-shift heating pad using a washcloth (folded in quarters), a ziplock sandwich bag and really hot tap water (let it run for a minute).
It gets the pain down right away. Feel better!

Heating pad!!
Or Thermacare patches! Technically, you can wear them anywhere, but I don't think I would wear them out and about, but to lay down with, it feels good.
Also...take two Advil. My boss swears by Tylenol Women or something, but I like plain old Advil.

Drink lots of milk or anything else with calcium. It always helped me though it's not an immediate cure.

I have the Thermacare patch on..its feels good but I am in so much pain i feel sick and its frustrating Thanks for your thoughts

My routine: hot shower, three advil and crawl into bed with my heating pad and moan and groan to DH.

I fill a hot water bottle with hot water (obviously ) and the combination of the heat and pressure of the bottle work wonders.
