Scott, it really looks great!!! Can you do me a favor? DH and I have been debating the countertop issue and I kept saying I wanted to wait to see what your laminate looked like since it was such a good deal. Can you take some more pictures of the kitchen with the countertop in? TIA!!
(Love the laminate, by the way!)

Very nice. You installing the countertop on your own I suppose. Is it difficult to do? Are you replacing the backsplash as well?
I want to replace the countertop and backsplash in my kitchen... but i will probably have to pay someone to install it.

You are doing such a great job -- everything looks so nice!
ETA: I LOVE the color of the hardwood floors. We just sanded and stained ours and we wanted them to come out darker than they did. Yours look great!

We are doing the installation of the counter top ourselves. Dont worry, I will take pictures.
As for the floor, it isnt hardwood...It is a Laminate flooring like Pergo
Yesterday I ripped the carpet up in the back bedroom, and now I have to rip up the tile and the Asbestos too - on saturday my father in law wants to put the flooring in there....I also gotta finish painting.

Oh ya we didnt use Oklahoma Wheat....We used BEHR TAUPE in the dining room and BEHR Bone in the stairwell.
