planning cousins shower- need bridal shower favor ideas.. posting here b/c of traffic
any creative ideas that are not chatchka type favors???

Just threw my cousin a bridal shower last month. My favorite "game" was "memories". We all wrote a memory we had with the bride and she would have to guess who said it.
Each of us BMs read a memory between gifts to keep it "interesting".
We also did bingo and trivia.
ETA: If your looking for a favor (sorry if I miread the post) my aunt put shower gel and a shower sponge in a "netting" and the tag said "from xx's shower, to your shower".

I will post pictures soon for you.......
I just made favors for my DH cousins shower this weekend!!! I did the 4" terracotta pots with a impatien planted in each. I got the floral sticks you can stick into the dirt, attached a butterfly to the top of it the attached a handmade tag (like for scrapbooking) that said ........

I recently went to one and the favors were miniature wind chimes. They were a big hit.

I just had one of my showers this past weekend and I gave away small bags of candy with labels that said on one side "Stephanie's Baby Shower" and on the other it said "Thank you very much, although we've yet to meet, for attending mommy's shower and being extra sweet. Hugs & Kisses, Baby ****"
I also gave evey person an umbrella with a cool tag I made with Anne Geddes pictures of babies and said "Thank you for sharing in the celebration as we anxiously await Baby ****"
Everyone loved the umbrellas...I had lilac, green and cream colored ones.

I always enjoy the edible favors
Recently a friend of mine had these little bags of potpourri or something scented to put in your sock or lingerie drawer. I actually use that favor.
