Target.com Shoppers!!! Come on IN!
Help me do my job... I need your opinions on the shopping experience at Target.com, not in-store-- website only!!

I got nice flannel sheets on there. It was fine. I think the transaction went smoothly, since I don't really remember it!
I was looking for a pool the other day tho and it seems they don't have them. Oh well.

I love, love Target! I don't order much at Target online...We bought one piece of furniture when it was free shipping. I'd like a feature like Amazon where you get free shipping over $25 or something! Do you get a discount?

I love the site and the selection but because of the outrageous prices on shipping furniture (haven't caught sales when I've looked) I've not bought.

i hate that i have to ship things back to return them - that some items I cant return in store- that makes me crazy! i still have lamp shades from a year ago that i didnt want to return so they are sitting in my garage - PITA
otherwise no issues

I purchased items off of a baby registry held at Target.com - it was an easy, customer-friendly experience, however I did not like that items were shipped out separately...I got three different deliveries within a week.

We ordered counter stools from Target.com for our kitchen. Unfortunately one of them was defective and these were the last 4, so we had to return them all. Was actually kind of a hassle to return them too.

I was going to buy a table and chairs from there. I wanted the same chair but in 4 different colors, like it showed in the picture online. The problem was that they offered free shipping on the chair in 2 of the colors but not the other 2. I didn't understand that.

I really like Target.com
I ordered a lot of maternity clothes from them because I could never find anything at the stores themselves. Also we ordered all our nursery bedding from them (it was only offered online, not at the stores) and they were very quick to ship out everything and it was packaged wonderfully (I had some delicate things included in the shipment and was sort of concerned things would get all bashed up)
overall a good experience and I find the site very easy to navigate as well

I bought a few different things from Target online. I think the free shipping deals on furniture are good, because otherwise the shipping is expensive. I got a CD shelving-system that I like so much that I want to buy another one. Also, it arrived in less time than they said it would.
I also bought some clothes for a charity on there and had it shipped to the charity's address, but they didn't have a great selection of fun things for kids. The choice in the store is much better.

Shipping is just too expensive. I wanted to buy some TV tables that are $70.00 but shipping was $26.00. That just seems too much to me!

I love the store, but I think their website is not so great. I tried looking at Maternity clothes online and felt it was organized badly. For example, I was looking at t-shirts. I would click on one and it would only show it in one color. Then two pages later I would find the same t-shirt in another color and again pages later in a different color. It just made no sense to me why they couldn't show the t-shirt (they were all the same t-shirt) in all colors in one place. It seemed organized badly in the furniture section too. I was trying to search for stools and was having trouble looking only at the stools. I had to search through lots of other furniture to find them. Same thing with CD/DVD furniture (I had to look at all of the media furniture - ie: tv stands etc.) And I agree that their shipping did seem high.

I have found it difficult to find seasonal items on the website (ex. summer plates/Christmas decorations/outdoor furniture).
