It's all breastfeeding... I got down to my prepregnancy weight at about 10 weeks just by breastfeeding

I did not breastfeed, but did lose all my pre pregnancy weight with the exception of five pounds .... I am not going to lie- I worked and am working extremely hard!!!! I joined weight watchers the day my daughter was born and take four one hour classes a week, kickboxing, aerobics, body sculpting, etc...

I have 10 lbs left of my pregnancy weight and more weight from just being overweight to lose after that.
I gained 42 pounds and lost about 32. BFing has actually not helped me at all. 
For some reason I am not one of the lucky ones when it comes to this. It may have to do with my gland/supply issue though because like most girls here I know all my friends lost weight super fast by BFing.

My baby is 8 weeks old and I'm 10 lbs heavier than my prepregnancy weight. I'm breastfeeding, but I'm not loosing weight

BFing did it for me in the begining but now that I'm not doing it as much cause shes eating foods now, my weight seems to be coming off slower
but I will going back to the gym next month so hopefully the rest will all come off fast!!

Breastfeeding did it for me both times I was pre-pregnancy weight in a few months. However I'm now heavier than I was before I got pregnant. Be aware that when you stop breastfeeding, you should be aware of how much you are eating because you can pack on weight quickly if you don't cut back.

I put on a few punds before getting preggo... and went back to what I was when I found out I was preggo with the help of some Trimspa and other pills... lots of water and the stress of motherhood. I never lost the weight I gained pre pregnancy, but we will see this time around. I also had a pregnancy with permanent complications with my back.. so I am not really the best example.. But I do swear that I wouldnt have lost anything without the trimspa.. Good LcuK!

I am 4 weeks and I lost 35 of the 43 lbs I gained. I haven't done anything but something tells me these last 10 are going to be a PIA!!!
