Last night, I had the honor of meeting...
Heidla!
My friend and I went to the bar where she works. She is SO talented and beautiful! She has an amazing voice - very powerful and sweet, all at the same time. It was so nice to meet her!

It wasn't a coincidental run-in. I knew where she worked and really wanted to go there b/c it sounded like a fun place, which it definitely was! I purposely went a night that Heidi told me she was working.

who wants to come up to stonybrook at the sac center and meet me? i will be there tomorrow it will be very busy on monday and it will be semi busy tomorrow i would love to meet another lifer! my hours there starting tomorrow is 6:30am till2:30 pm

That's funny, I sent her an email asking when she works because I want to go there too.... but never got an answer! Oh well, maybe by chance I'll head to her restaurant and get to hear her sing...
