Anyone have a tongue thrust problem?
I do it in my sleep. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? Do they make something to wear at night for it? I feel like my teeth are gonna start to get crooked from it.

I can ask my mother about this. She is a speech and language pathologist and may be able to point you in the right direciton.
