opinions needed a.s.a.p. please
Ok, sio the past few days were supposedly my peak fertility days.
Officially starting tomorrow, I will be in my 2ww.
I have a hair appoinement today for cut & color.
My mom just calle dme and asked me what my plans are for the weekend. I told her my hair today, dinner tomorrow night and maybe going to a bar in the city.
She starts, oh, do you think you should be drinking. I told her to stay out of my business.
Now, I am second guessing everything- do I need not to dye my hair? My salon uses vegetable color with 10% peroxide.
IF I am pregnant it is only by 1 or 2 days along.
Should I be worried?!?!?
She just made me nuts!

When people ask these kinds of questions, or when I have one myself, I think of those women who did this and more and went on to have perfectly normal babies.
Not sure if this helps you, but I don't think this early on you're doing any harm to a fetus.

thank you, honestly, I am not worried about having a drink on Saturday night but she made me second guess my hair.
She knows how to wind me up!

My sister got PG after drinking a LOT of tequila with us and her DH (of course!  ). She found out she was PG and she was already 3 weeks along...she felt AWFUL. The doctor told her that it was so extremely early on that she shouldn't worry. The baby wasn't sharing her blood yet. To this day (she's now 14 or 16 weeks  ) she's healthy and so is the baby! 
You'll be fine! 
Don't share things with your mom!!

I would go ahead and do your hair.. it's debatable whether or not hair coloring is bad even DURING pregnancy, so during the 2WW I would not second guess it at all really.
I got my hair colored when I was in the 2WW and never really thought twice about it (since I was so sure I was not going to get a BFP that month..but even so, I felt that coloring couldn't harm a fetus that soon) I did wait until I was out of the first trimester, but I promptly started coloring my hair again. Everything is fine w/baby!
Esp. since your color is mostly vegetable dye, I would just go for it! Even if you are PG (and I really HOPE you are ) it's too soon to worry!

Honestly - until you actually know you're preggo, I just wouldn't go crazy, but still enjoy! You could have one 2WW or several 2WWs - if it takes a little while, you're going to wish you would have had a few drinks, etc.
