He got his (since Rachee asked- pics added)
1st pair of walking shoes today
I have a quetion though-
Do they have to "get used" to them?
Ryan walks better w/o them- and I wondering if its because he's just not use to the shoes and ankle support...???
They def. fit- and he looks too cute in them- but Im not sure if I should take them off- of let him "wear them in" at first...
ETA- How do you keep these shoes clean?
White is so dangeours for babies- esp boys!

When I was at the store asking about shoes the other day she said when they are at home it is still best to keep them barefoot and just use the shoes if they are outside or somewhere that their feet need protection.
I'm not sure about getting used to them but I would imagine they do. I know I just got Miranda Robeez and a couple of other crawling shoes (we're no where near walking yet) and she is very puzzled by them and had to get used to crawling with something on her feet. She was getting rug burn though so I hadto do something.

No I know that- but its rare that we are out- so Im wondering if the next few days I should keep them on him to "get use to them"
The man who fitted Ryan said barefoot is great- but keep the shoes on indoors is just as good since the ankle support helps them keep balance...
I will prob leave Ryan barefoot indoors- mainly for comfort... but since he is a little wobbly in them- I wasnt sure what to do...

I had gotten my daughters at an orthedic place and they said to let her walk with them outside and for a few days inside to get use to them since they have the ankle support and the hard bottoms (beware they hurt if you get kicked with them)
As for cleaning them the thing that I find best is found in alot of 99 cent stores is call awsome its cheap and does the job great just spray alittle on a paper towel and clean there you go thats it I use it on my shoes as well.

Aww, the new shoes are cute!
Yes they do have to get use to them, Julia didnt like to wear her's at first, but then I would put them on her when we were home and she got use to them.
