Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor

My husband and i have been TTC. we went out and bought the CBEFM. This is my first month using it. So far I have had three high days and no peak days. I would like to know who has had success with this and.... How many high days and peak days did u have??? TIA!

I have never used it, but I think a couple of the girls on here have. They may not be on tonight, so they might anwser in the morning.

I've used it and I am currently PG, so it must work

I will say thought that I started using it months before I wanted to really TTC because it takes a few months for the CBE to get to know your cycles. At first, it was asking me to POAS like every day because it has no idea when in your cycle you'll most likely ovulate.

Byt the next few cycles, it cuts back the time it asks you to POAS because it uses your last cycle as a guide.

Once the monitor gets better acquainted , you'll see a pattern of low, followed by 2 high days, 2 peak days, 1 high again and then back down to low.

If you still see high's and its the first time your using it, that is totally fine.

I am also thinking about using the CBEFM and I have also been told it takes some time for the machine to get accustomed to your body

I bought it but haven't used it yet...but I heard the same thing..it takes a few cycles to get your body right...

Ok I'm on my 19th day and it's my fourth high day. For some reason this doesnt seem right. I feel lik I'm not going ot peak!!

I do remember reading that your first months usuing it ...it will read you as high.

There is a helpline number that comes with the machine...I would maybe call the experts and ask.

Thanks you must of read my mind and I just got off the phone with them. They said i can have up to 6-8 highs. AGHHHH How frustrsting!!

o.k. well at least now you have an answer right?

Keep on working with it...it'll work out. I know a couple of people that have used it when nothing else worked...and now are all preo or have beautiful babies.

I think it's a terrific tool. If you are ovulating it can sense your peak days , first cycle. Sometimes your LH may not be that strong in the am when you use it and it may not. I never had a problem with it. I have used two different monitors, because I gave my original away. Both detected my peak.

The first few months mine was definitely "off" a bit...I remember it had many on an obsurd amount of peak days...in time the machine learns your body and you will see it become more accurate and you will see the amount of times it asks for a stick decrease a bit.
