Anyone do baby massage or mommy and me yoga?
These are classes that my hospital offers, so I am thinking of taking advantage for some bonding time with my lil bean when she is old enough..

I just signed up for a massage class with DH and the baby. It is an 1 1/2 hr class at our local hospital too. We are looking forward to it.

I teach Infant Massage & have been massaging my daughter since Day 1.
She absolutely LOVES it, it's great for gas & it's a wonderful bonding experience.

i called my hospital (south nassau) they offer so many different classes... The massage is offered once a month, and they can start right away but i am waiting until she is at least 6 weeks.. it is $30 for a 2 hour session.. my friend did it with her baby and she slept so good...

You can & should start from birth and can do it throughout their baby years, it's also great for toddlers/children.
It can be done w/ an active baby, the best time to do it is when they are most relaxed, like after a bath or before bed.
