yes Marcie.....
hold on..I'll go get my "notebook"
OK...
1 tsp olive oil
1 lb chicken cutlets
1 large green pepper
1 red pepper (optional-I added it in on my own)
1/2 onion (optional-I added)
15 oz marinara sauce (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup water
2 cups cooked white rice
Heat oil on medium-hi, add chicken & pepper.
STir frequently for 5 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
Add Sauce and water, bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

You sound like such a good cook- it sounds to good, even though I think chicken with marinara sauce is disgusting (I have chicken Parm. also . . .)

thanks! I can't take credit though..I get most of my recipes from allrecipes.com!!! I like this one because it's great to reheat for lunch and anything with rice is filling (which is good for us lately)
