what are we all doing
To increase our chances?
I know we are always looking for ideas...I thought this might be a good thread.
I am going to start accupuncture soon...
I have read TCOYF and The infertility cure...
any other good books out there?
I want to get the yoga for fertility DVD...it cant hurt right? And am going to get the fertili-aid viatmins for me and DH this month...
whats everyone else been doing?

Guided Imagery -- these CDs ae keeping me sane during my 2WW.
Amma Massage -- well not now but before the IUI
I am reading RESOLVE'S text-like book and NOT digging it -- all the true experiences they give are negative.

Oh and also --- supposed to be eating organic (not). I take herbs and kelp and royal jelly and raw honey and raspberry leaf tea every day.... whew am I obsessed yet???

oh believe me you aint seen nothing yet. Im creating an arsenal over here of methods...I wont know which one ends up doing the trick cause Im gonna do them all..lol

oh jeez sorry -- i was going to say, please do NOT read that book!!
I got my cd from http://www.anjionline.com/ as per Casey/Ariella's recommendation. I got 2 - for natural cycle and for ivf cycle. So far I have only listened to the cd for a natural cycle, figuring it should work for iui too, no?

Definitely --- sometimes I can't get into it, like last night, but other times -- it is just what I need to put things in perspective.... It may take a few tried before you can really appreciate it tho, but keep trying...

careful what you promise. In the book inconceivable she recommends a colonic .
PS- This awesome book is on its way!
