Personal Trainers to come to the house?
Is anyone here a personal trainer? My father asked me to find out if he can hire someone.
He needs to be set up with a home routine since he is overweight- only about 30 to 50lbs. He hates the gym so thats not an option and you can't change a 60 year old's mind.
He lives in Dix Hills.

I am sure you could go to any local gym--even a NYSC and chat up a trainer or 2 and find a few who r willing to do that on the side
