anyone elses hips kill when they sleep?
I've been having a lot of pain in my hips (especially the right one) when I sleep. I am constantly having to change positions. I'm 35 weeks, so I would assume my body is just getting tired of carrying the extra weight, but it's really uncomfortable. I'd say between the peeing and changing positions I must wake up atleast 10 times a night. Anyone else have this?

yes...I have a body pillow but its not really working. When I wake up in the morning, I feel like I got beat up...my body hurts so bad!

OMG!! Yes!!! This just started for me. Ouch. My Boppy cuddle pillow helps a little bit. Luckily the past two nights have been really good. Two nights ago I didn't get up until 6ish to pee. That was so nice!! usually I get up twice - around 3 and again around 6. The other day I was having really bad right hip/butt area pain. I think it was because I was very lazy that day and sat around alot. Yesterday I moved around more and it was so much better. My hip pain is only in the right too.
Did the massage help? I was thinking about trying that.

The massage helped with my back pain, but the hip pain came back at night. Once I'm awake and moving the hip pain is usually gone in a few hours.

My hips kill me some nights because I feel like I am sleeping too straight up and vertical. I try to roll more onto half my stomach. I don't know how comfy that would be for you - but it gives me relief that's it's not so much pressure on my hips.

Barging in here, but it may have to do with the fact that you're a dancer. As you progress through a pregnancy, your hips and pelvis open up to make room for the baby. Is it a muscular pain or a joint pain?

My hips kill me every single night. I constantly wake up to have to flip. I keep telling my hips, "You don't have to spread I am having a scheduled c-section"

YESSSS.....I HATED it. If I slept on one side too long my hip would start to hurt.
A pillow between the knees worked wonders

In the morning after I wake up, I walk around like a wobbly preggo ...lol..... from it until I get "used to it"...or the pain goes away.

Yes, this has recently started for me too
lately the hip pain at night has been just awful, mostly on my left side since that is the side on sleep on... I hardly get any sleep lately it seems

You sound just like me. Sleeping with the pillow between my legs does help the pain, but when I roll over, I wake up.

It feels like a muscular pain- almost a soreness.
