I have to give a shout out to the Mets fans on this site...
The Yankees got their azzes handed to them and I just wanted to thank the Mets fans for not rubbing it in.
It was very respectful and courteous of you and you all deserve some props for it.

I agree - here here, Mets fans of LIFs
You are all a much kinder and gentler bunch than MY DH IS (who let me HAVE IT all weekend regarding the Yankees  )
And really, who can comment on either of our teams' games last night -simply pathetic on both counts

Dude, we LOST to the ROYALS .. THE WORST TEAM in BASEBALL If we'd be shut out, I'm telling ya I wouldn't bother watching another Yankee game again this season

Agreed both games were bad but at least the yankees scored. I feel disgusted that we couldn't even get one run in...cliff floyd grounding out was pretty bad. and David Wright???? what is going on with him...it looked like he had a hot bat and now all of a sudden he's cold...and mike piazza, well I guess there's no need to comment on him we all know how he is...I was mad too when we couldn't score after reyes and cairo's double steal of 2nd and 3rd base...
they better get their act together tonight cuz if we go under 500 i am going to flip my lid and go nuts....

well it looks like the Yankees are getting shut out by the freakin' Royals tonight.
What the F?
I wasn't too upset yesterday because
1- Girardi was the manager
2- Brown was pitching
3- The Royals had a good pitcher going.
But tonight? This is truly disgusting. Even if they pull out a win tonight, this is still a bad game IMO. They should be CRUSHING the Royals. And Johnson should have a complete game shutout.
