Where do you buy your diapers from and what brand?

Just have a general question and want to prepare myself before the birth in February.

I don't know if we are having a boy or a girl - but wondered what brand of diapers did u use for your newborn and where did you get the most bang for your buck?

Should I head over to BJs / Costco's ?

I get my diapers in BJ's or Babies R Us Target where ever they are on sale or I have a coupon. I use either huggies or Luvs I tried pampers when marissa was a n infant and she had a bad reaction to them and I haven't tried them since

I tried Huggies and I didn't like them. My son leaked thru them a lot. We now use Newborn Pampers Swaddlers. I get them at BRU. Once he moves to size 1-2 I will get them at BJs. Costco doesn't carry Pampers.

I use Pampers and Luvs and I buy them where ever they are on sale.

We only like the pampers swaddlers, I think you can get them in bulk at Sams Club. Costco has Huggies, and DH doesn't like them.

We use Pampers Swaddlers size 1-2 and we get them at BJ's.

We tried Huggies but he would leak from them.

Pampers has rewards on their website so if you sign up with them you get coupons in the mail and you can get points towards toys for your child.

I also get the pampers sensitive wipes at BJ's. I tried their brand but they are not as soft as the pampers.

Pampers from either Amazon or Toys R Us.

I buy them wherever they have a sale. And use coupons. We only use Pampers Cruisers now, and I have used Luvs and thought they were ok. I did not like Pampers Baby Dry at all, nor have I ever liked Huggies.

As far as stocking up, Andrew was born and we was a big dude, so he never wore NB sizes, he went straight to Size 1 adn we used Pampers Swaddlers.

I buy Huggies at Target, BRU or BJs. I have never tried Pampers diapers on Andrew, but hated Luvs.

I had always heard that Huggies leak less for boys, but his did when he was a newborn.

You don't want to stock up on too many before the baby comes, because like Trish said, your baby may outgrow a size very quickly...

Thanks ladies. I think i might try those Pampers Swaddlers - everyone seems to rave about them - but your right - i better not buy too many now.......
I was over 9 lbs and DH was over 10 lbs - both delivered natural - so i have a feeling this kid is going to be one big baby!

Yeah my son was over 10lbs so we went straight to size 1 Pampers Baby Dry..... Now that he's more mobile we use Cruisers. I buy them at BRU.

We use pampers cruisers. They never leak, so I haven't tried any other brands. I usually get them at Babies R us.

I get Pampers Cruisers and buy where they are on sale plus I use coupons. Has anyone tried CVS's brand, they are pretty good and if you buy 5 packs you get 1 free. Plus, sometimes they have a Buy 1 Get 1 Free.

pampers cruisers. I stock up at stop n shop or waldbaums when they are on sale. OTherwise, I use the BRU coupons and buy them there.

We started out with Pampers Swaddlers and then when our daughter went to bigger sizes, we tried the cruisers for a while but they always leaked. Then we switched to Luvs and have been very happy with them.
My suggestion is to NOT to get too many of a certain brand because every baby is different and you may not like one brand.I have a friend who uses Huggies and loves them. I have another who uses Pampers and we use the Luvs. So you never know.

I buy Huggies at Babies R Us. I've never had a problem with them but I've also never tried anything else.
