I always look on snopes.com to see if this stuff is true. According to the site, the health information given is true, BUT:

ahhh now I know why my grandmother always said dont use margarine it will make you fat! I dont care for either butter or margarine, but when I do use it , I use butter- lightly salted.

i use i cant not believe its not butter i like that better than butter.i will stay with margarine but i will use less of it.
