Question about implantation cramps

Hi,
Did anyone have really bad cramps when implantation begain? By my chart , my temp has been steady in the beginning of the week after o and then dropped yesterday and spiked up to 99.06 today. I have such bad cramps could not sleep last night. Did any of the girls have the same symptoms?? I really appreciate any advice!!!

I had really bad AF like cramps that woke me up in the morning. I also had them 1.5 days later at night that were really strong as well. I knew something was up because it was only 5dpo and 7dpo. Good luck!
