HELP - Turkey question!!!!
Ok - I saw a thread about brining and it must have stuck in my head....
This is my first time cooking a turkey and I bought it at Costco. I just looked at the wrapper. It is a butterball - but it says, "fresh, never frozen, minimally processed"
Do I have to "brine" it???? If so, HOW???? I'm panicing, please help
