There are like 3 hotels in Southampton that come to mind. One is the Atlantic... I cant think of the other 2 but they are all the same co.
There is a spa Lacarazza or something

There is also Ananas Spa. I have not been there, but both have websites.

i might be able to help.. i live in Southampton... 
If you want to travel then Gurneys is awesome! We went there for my bachelorette/bridal shower thing.
I've been to Ananas for a mani/pedi, and a massage and I LOVED it, very nice place and it's right next to the Southampton Inn and right in the village... La Carezza is nice too, a little $$, but any place in Southampton is! and La Carezza is in the village also.

HRH Resorts... there is the Capri, the Atlantic, and the Bentley HRH Resorts
