Clearance of 2006 car sales...
When do they start having the larger car sales to start getting rid of the 2006 for the 2007's? Is it around July/August??? We've decided to wait until the summer to get another car, but just wanted to know when they do this. Thanks!

They do not start having them until the next years cars start to come out, which is around Sept. I believe. But the biggest discounts given on cars is the week between Christmas and New Years, because they want to get as many cars sold as they can by year end.

Usually late August.
Just came back from Autoworld KIA in Hicksville. My father in law just picked up his 2006 KIA Sportage. He liked our sportage so much, that he bought one too

My Dh's and his family have a dealership. they say it varies by car maker, but its usually in Sugust and September that the new models come out.

it usually starts from May-August. You'll see the ads come out in the newspapers, or when you drive by and see the 2007's on the lot in front, then go for it to get your 2006 cheap!
