Today is going to be a rough day
I have my grandpa's wake today and tomorrow. On Tuesday, I have the funeral.  I was supposed to start work on Tuesday (i'm a teacher), but of course I can't go in. It is going to be hard to start teaching on Wed. b/c I will have to be "myself" for the kids. I'm just so sad.  These are going to be a long 3 days.

I'm so sorry. Hopefully Wednesday won't be so bad, the distraction of the kids may help you get though it. Many prayers for you and your family!

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember how it felt to pretend to be strong in front of my students when my father passed away. It wasnt easy. The only thing I can say is that somehow, you will find yourself in teacher mode and when you have your moments alone, you will be able to grieve the way you need to. Again, I am sorry.
