Chicken marinade suggestions?

What does everyone marinate their chicken in (preferably low-fat)? I've used low-fat Italian dressing and balsamic vinegar but I'm looking for some other ideas - anyone? TIA! Chat Icon

Re: Chicken marinade suggestions?

I sometimes marinate it in chopped garlic, fresh squeezed lemon juice and a little olive oil.
My husband likes it marinated in Teriyaki sauce.

Not a marinade but McCormacks Salt Free Chicken Seasoning is VERY good...I used it last week for the first time and the chicken tasted like it came from a restaurant. This is coming from someone that sux at making chicken. Chat Icon

I sometimes make grilled chicken buffalo style which is really tastey too.

I just let the chicken sit in Franks Hot sauce for a little while and either grill it in a ridged grill pan or throw it in the broiler. It's so easy and so delish!
