i couldnt get out of my driveway i really attempted to go but when i couldnt get out and comsidering i am pg i said i am taking teh day my health is more important

I gave myself a sick day because my dd is off from school and I did NOT feel like trecking her to my sister's house, bring my son to daycare and then off to work. Too much of a hassle.

Me and I am so happy I did. I just spoke with one of my kids parents and they said there is NO parking anywhere thanks to the snow. DH has off so we are hanging out together today, eventually going to venture out to buy our Valentines!!

Nope, Im going in an hour earlier too so that I can leave earlier, will be in at 1 and I am hoping most of the patients cancel- ( I still get paid either way)

Me!
My office is open, it always is....But I just didn't have the motivation today to kill myself to get into work today. And usually I ALWAYS go in on storm days, I never call out...
I just was NOT in the mood to do my work AND the work or all my slacker coworkers (who never ever come in, even when there is 1inch of snow on the ground  )

I'm also a city teacher, but I went in. It was really fun finding parking, let me tell you. Then there were a million teachers absent, so my reward for coming in was a coverage.  Every class had like 18-20 kids absent.
