Need help with halloween costume

I need white go-go boots for my costume:

1-- does anyone know where I can get them for cheap?

or

2-- I already have red go-go boots and wouldnt mind doing something to change them to white......any ideas how???????

try costume stores for the boot tops that go over your own boots


Maybe you can paint them with fabric paint or spray paint?
