dont worry, the right house is out there for you... i went thru the same heartache found the perfect house, and it didnt work out, but now i'm glad bc when i look back at location compared to location now, its soooo much better now and i'm actually greatful it didnt work out b4....

We went through the same thing with the first house we bid on and I was so upset. In the end, I love my house and the other people never ended up selling their house because they were not flexible.

thanks everyone! you know they called me today to ask me if i would go down to 360 Dh and I said NO because this guy is playing games now he could have met us half way the first time around we dont need to get into a biding war we just want a nice House! thanks for all of your support you guys are great!!

Ro, if this is your DREAM house and the guy is coming down in price then you should go for hte house...after the sale you will never have to deal with him again and will have hte place of your dreams. Your giving up what you said is hte perfect place...it just sounds selfish and stubborn to me.

we thought about it Dh and i yea it was the perfect house but My Dh and i want a eat in kitchen and other things and the price was a little high he wanted 1000 less at foirst we just dont want to go in a bidding war its not of being selfish and stubborn just we want a nicer house. i saw a nother one i am going to save the pic and show it to you!
