I take Citracal..it is a prescription. I was taking a multivitamin from GNC...but my RE wasnted me to take pre-natal.

I would start taking prenatal vitamins. I am pregnant and I don't use a prescription. My dr said I could take over the counter prenatals. I think they are the same thing.
I just bought a big bottle at Costco so I don't have to keep buying another one every month. This one should last me for months.

I take a multi viatmin and extra folic acid. I cannot take Pre natals due to the iron content. Even the iron free ones, have Iron in them, small traces but I have big problems with iron. The Dr told me to do this instead .

I take Duet..There is 2 pills a day...One I think is a fish oil pill and the other is the vitamin.
It is a prescription.

I am taking prenatal because I still have them. But if I didn't I would probably take a multi with extra folic acid which is important
