Resort recommendation needed for a friend

Who would like to so somewhere in the Caribbean. He would like a "healthy" type place with a good gym, pool, beach, meditation, massages, sauna hot tub. Possibly all inclusive?

Is he single or going as a couple??

For single people, I would suggest Club Med because it is much more a party atmosphere with lots of activities.

For couples, I've been to Sandals and Secrets and they were both great all inclusives (Sandals in St. Lucia and Secrets in Punta Cana).

ETA: I think most resorts have a gym onsite...not that I ever visited them..

We went to Royal Hideaway in Playa Del Car and it had a nice gym, sauna, steam room... all inclusive and BEAUTIFUL.....

Thanks for the suggestions! My friend is single, and about 50-ish. So he would like to stay away from couples resorts.

check out the four seasons at nevis - som e grat deals in the summer - beatuiful - amazing food - not all inclusive but the meal plan is great- food is very healthy - lots of vegetarian options

the gym is vey nice and the spa has a very tranquil are that you can realx in with the hottub and sauna

great golf course, quiet pool and tennis courts - very peaceful island
