ok I am in pain today my hip hurts bad
I dont know what i did It might been from yesterday I sometimes like to help the guys lift the Pizza bowl that they mix the pizza in if they do it by themselves it weights like 150 but between the both of us it feels like 75 pounds to me and they say i am strong because i am able to lift it but dumb *** me thinks she pulled something I guess if i am stupid enough to lift it than i should be in pain i hope it goes away soon! thanks for listening!

not sure of a particular brand, but ask someone in the pharmacy and they will be able to help out better.

I might have to go to the doctor soon because it still hurts but not as bad but if i put a heating pad on it, it goes away but now i am getting a pain in my right arm by my shoulder it might be muscle that i am building up but I get this tight feeling like its in knots!

they guys call me strong because i am able to lift it with them it doesn't seem to heavy but i must giving myself a workout!
