how do you give a baby massage?

I see many of you have it as part of bedtime....

ETA: Always make sure you either read a book or watch a video on infant massage, ie: you don't want to do abdominal massage in the wrong direction, it can cause constipation and a very cranky baby!

ETA2: I think that site is geared more towards therapists, but they do sell massage books at Borders, etc...

I saw something on TV, about giving the legs a massage...

(I usually use the J&J night time oil, or cream) I hold his foot with one hand, and massge downward, then switch hands...

As far as body.... I read about the "I Love You" massage... and its what I usually do on the body.... as far as him arms and back... I just gently rub/ massage the cream in!

I love you massage (this isnt the website I used... but its basically the same thing)

I always sing, and speak to him while doing it!
